About Me
I'm Paola Buonadonna, a London-based former TV journalist and communications professional. After working as a reporter for a variety of BBC political programmes on TV and radio I have held a series of high level communications roles.
I was Head of Press at the European Parliament Information Office in the UK, Media Director for the cross-party campaign British Influence, Head of Communications for the National Institute of Economic and Social Research and lately Head of News and Public Affairs for the British Academy. I have also acted as a consultant for numerous campaigns and think-tanks.
For the last twelve years I have been working with experts and campaigners in various fields who seek to sharpen up their message for a wider audience. I'm particularly passionate about boosting the confidence of female experts and campaigners, so that more diverse perspectives are represented in the media.
